Where do you live?
I live alone in a comfortable house. This calmness allows me to organise my time and my space in any way I want, enhancing my personal development and wellbeing.

What did you have for breakfast?
I enjoy eggs for breakfast. These are an excellent source of protein and I cook them in various ways, such as boiled or in an omelette, providing me with the energy to begin my day.

Describe your perfect day
The perfect day begins with a rejuvenating wake up and training, which make me feel active. Then I enjoy a good meal and spend time in peace, either reading or relaxing. I end this day with quality sleep, renewing myself for the next day.

Best book ever read?
My favourite book is Art of War. I liked this classic work of strategy because it offers valuable teachings regarding leadership, analysis of situations and conflict resolution, which are applicable in many aspects of life.

Best childhood memory?
One of my favourite childhood memories is the time I spent with my grandfather. His stories and advice left an indelible mark on my personality and formed me into who I am today.

What is always in your fridge?
There are always eggs in my fridge. They are nutritious, easy to manage and very versatile in various recipes. I especially like them for breakfast.

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
I listen to rock music in the car. The intensity and energy of rock make me feel alive and fill me with enthusiasm while driving.

What’s your spirit animal?
My spirit animal would be the wolf. I identify with its nature, as it is independent, intelligent and social. Its ability to move in groups as well as its focus on survival, inspires me in my relationships and the challenges I come across.

What are you most proud of?
I am most proud when I see my students succeed and be proud of themselves. It is a fulfilling moment when they come first in competitions or exams and I feel I have contributed to their success.

What movie scene has really stayed with you?
I remember a scene from Quest with Jean-Claude Van Damme because the theme of adventure and overcoming limits inspired me as a child, teaching me not to give up and to chase my dreams.

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
I have already met the person I always wanted to meet and this meeting was very important for me. It offered me a unique experience and knowledge, which I always carry.

If you could time travel when/where would you go?
I would like to travel back to ancient Greece. The culture, philosophy and historical figures of that era fascinate me. I would like to take part in the discussions between philosophers and watch the first Olympic Games.

What is your greatest fear?
My greatest fear is my athletes losing in games. I have invested time and effort in their training and I don’t want them to be disappointed. Their success is also mine.

What would you say to your 18-year-old self?
I would say “Do it again”. It is important to make mistakes and learn from them. Life is a continuous learning process.

Name the one thing that would stop you dating someone
The behaviour of a person can be decisive. If I got the feeling that this person did not respect others or was not sincere, then I would not be interested in any kind of relationship.

If the world is ending in 24 hours, what would you do?
If the end of the world was coming, I would eat till I burst. My favourite flavours and fun times with friends would be the perfect way to end my life, enjoying what I like the most.
